About Me

I love what I do. This is because I have seen how insurance helps people recover from the unexpected and gets them going again. But I also really love meeting my customers. I have a total of 35 Years with State Farm and am so proud to represent this company providing Good Neighbor Service. I worked as a claims adjuster before opening my State Farm Agency on January 1, 1999 here in Windsor. Offering Auto, Home, Health and Life Insurance. My wife, Cindy and I brought our three son to live in Windsor in1999 and we absolutely love living in Northern Colorado. I am a 23 year member of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce. I received a B.A. in Music Theory and Literature Vanguard University Costa Mesa, CA, and a M.A in Apologetics from Biola University- La Mirada, CA.

We are the largest State Farm Agency in Windsor having over 88 years of insurance experience. We do not just offer insurance policies, we help you when you have a claim, when it is time back up our promises. We focus on Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance, Renters Insurance, Health Insurance and Life Insurance in all of Colorado, but especially the awesome cities in Northern Colorado including WINDSOR, FORT COLLINS, LOVELAND, GREELEY, TIMNATH, MILLIKEN, JOHNSTOWN, SEVERANCE, AULT and EATON. We love insurance because we have seen insurance help individuals and communities get back to normal life.

Jen grew up in San Diego and enjoyed surfing. She played collegiate softball and graduated from Vanguard University with a BA in Business. She worked as a Junior Associate at an Financial Firm in Orange County. She is married (to my son) and has two children (my grandchildren). Jen brings organizational skills to my office. She is insurance licensed. She loves crafts, home decoration, hiking and hopes to learn to surf on snow (snowboarding).

She focuses on helping our State Farm customers realize what Scott Harper State Farm brings for all their insurance needs. Brenda loves to spend time with her kids and her two granddaughters. Of course time with her husband and riding her motorcycle is great therapy for her.

Brandie brings 13 years of insurance experience, working over a year in my office. She is licensed in property and casualty. Her cheerfulness and enthusiasm is contagious and as you can imagine, State Farm customers love working with her. Her and her husband have three boys and love the family time they have together.
